The strategy:
A new logo and tagline were created to rebrand the library on customer service.
The Rebranding Campaign was set into motion.

The new brand followed through the campaign with direct mail postcards, print ads, website, bandwagon brochure and more. Click here to a view pdf of the entire campaign package.

The outcome: The library won its 414 budget vote with 54% of the vote.
